Why do you want to be in student senate?

I want to be in student senate because I am passionate about serving others. I want to be a part of something that makes campus a great experience for everyone, and I want to share the great experience I've had with everyone else!

Why do you think you're a good fit for student senate?

I think I'm a good fit for student senate because I'm friendly, fun, energetic, and always excited to try something new. You will always find fun activities with me as a member of student senate!

What do you like to do for fun?

I love Jesus, hanging out with friends, spending time with family, traveling, reading, playing video games, and working on my piano skills!

Why is student senate important to you?

Student senate is important to me because as a follower of Jesus, I want to build a community where we can come together as one. I believe that Jesus brings us all together at the same place and time for a specific reason, and we are stronger as a team!

Are you part of any clubs on campus?

Yes, I go to Campus Ventures! Campus Ventures is a great way to get plugged into a friendly and welcoming community centered around our Savior, Christ Jesus. 

What's your favorite color?

Purple!

What's your favorite food?

I love chocolate chip pancakes.

What's your favorite book?

Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire.

What's your favorite movie?

How to Train Your Dragon.

What's your favorite Bible verse?

My favorite Bible verse is Philippians 4:8 (NIV) - "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things." It's my favorite because it reminds me to be positive and think about how good God is when I feel tempted to be sad or discouraged.

Where are you from?

I'm originally from Lander, Wyoming, and my family moved to Rapid City, South Dakota, in 2019, where I am now!

What's your favorite video game?

Legend of Zelda, Breath of the Wild.
